Summary/Overview |
|
Participates in
all Advanced Quality Planning Activities and ensures a proper transition
of the manufacturing plants from pilot to production. This will be done
by providing all required quality documentation to the plant and assisting
in training facility quality personnel to the program specific
requirements. |

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

Acts as a team
member for FMEA development. |
|
Develop
control Plans and ensure that the latest revisions are being utilized. |
|
Develop
inspection documents and ensure that the latest revisions are being
utilized. |
|
Review,
document and report supplier performance and capability to Senior
Management. |
|
Assist in
training plant personnel in required inspection for specific programs. |
|
Prepare P-PAP
- Part Submission Warrant ensure proper delivery to customers and
document retention. |
|
Assist in
developing QS-9000 Levels 2, 3 and 4 documentation. |
|
Perform other
assignments as requested by management. |
|
|
Education & Experience |
|
|
|
Associates
Degree (preferably in Engineering discipline), or equivalent experience
and training. |
|
|
Knowledge & Skills |
|
|
|
Knowledgeable
in APQP, Gages studies, P-PAP, SPC |
|
