Initiates Design Work Orders and reviews
designs to ensure objectives are maintained |

Assists
in developing engineering expenditures required to achieve program
objectives.(Submits Purchase requisitions for prototype parts and test
properties) |

Initiates Shop work orders to develop
prototype builds and physical tests |
 |
Monitors prototype and pilot build for
adherence to design intent identifying and resolving problem areas |
 |
Originates or reviews and approves all
program engineering releases and change using the Product Change
Notification (PCN) process |

Attends
program core group meetings |
 |
Provides Engineering management with
program status updates on a regular basis |
 |
Assists
in reviewing and updating corporate engineering procedures |
 |
Reviews and updates job performance
objectives periodically to reflect new information and new technology |
