Powertrain Project Engineer - OBD Calibration
This is a direct hire position for our
client, a world class engine development company. We are seeking an automotive
project engineer to work on an emission compliance issue for a major OEM.
The project requires:

Understanding pseudo-code software
documentation to work directly on vehicles to calibrate vehicle engine
controllers, specifically On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) |

ETAS INCA |

MATLAB/SIMULINK |
|
Understanding vehicle Powertrain systems
and emission control devices |
|
Valid drivers license |
|
Good technical & analytical skills |
|
Strong Communication skills |
|
Must be self Motivated |
OPTIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
|
Exposure to chassis dynamometer emission
testing is helpful |
|
This is a hands-on job that requires
driving vehicles and testing in real world environments |
Education
and/or Training:
|
Bachelor of Science;
Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
