Plans program activities and develops master program and timing schedules that are consistent with program objectives.

Maintains Master Program Book and Coordinates APQP, P-PAP, and PSW activities.

Directs and implements vehicle export Homologation programs contracted with automotive customers.

Develops and monitors program expenditures relative to program budget.

Reviews and updates job performance objectives periodically to reflect new information and new technology.

Monitors program timing related to design release, tooling, manufacturing, test certification, pilot and production build schedules.

Develops understanding of Federal, European, and Japanese regulations specific to program needs.

Reviews and approves all program engineering releases and changes.

Approves work orders, purchase requests, and PCN's compliant with established practices, procedures and consistent with timing and budget.

Chairs program core group meetings with customers, and records meeting minutes.

Monitors engineering design program and releases to ensure part design objectives are maintained.

Monitors prototype and pilot build for adherence to design intent identifying and resolving problem areas.

Maintains close customer contact and relationships responding positively to their requests to ensure effective follow up.

Monitors coordination between company and customer engineers for compliance approval.

Provides management with program status updates on a regular basis.

Organizes and prepares program definition, cost, and timing to customer quotes.
