1. Provide project coordination an 2003

2.  Review, log and answer or forward to A/E & owner, contractor RFI’s

3. capital projects ‑ catalyst lab, engine scrubber, research building investigation and other minor projects

   	Information gathering from departments
   	Review of existing drawings and field verification
   	Concept design and consensus building
   	Perform detail design on small projects
   	Develop scope of work for A/E services or construction
   	Manage bidding A/E services on large projects.
   	Coordinate outsource A/E services
   	Manage bidding construction services Supervise construction work
   	Project accounting / funds management

4. Provide misc. engineering support to Facilities group

	Engineering or Architectural degree
	Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and AutoCad
	At least 5 years design engineering experience
	Experience in engineering project management
	Some supervisory experience
	Some knowledge of building operations and maintenance
	Good interpersonal stalls, able to work in consensus based organization
	Punctual with good work habits
