Provide Facilities Operations input and support for Check Road & SDS Projects
	Manage outsource support  of Day Porter, Landscape and Irrigation
	Manage outsource support for storm water maintenance ( Clean Streams ) program
	Manage Preventative Maintenance contractor doing filter and light bulb replacement
	Lead Energy  Management effort

	At least 2 years engineering or technical college credits
	Experience in Facilities Operations
	Some supervisory experience
	Working knowledge of Excel and Word
	Some knowledge in building design, construction or operation a plus
	Good technical and interpersonal skills
	Punctual with good work habits
